The room had the hot water shut off. The air conditioning vent was missing. Overall the experience of the room was terrible. The floor was filled with paint leftovers. Staff did not even suggested moving rooms.

The waitress, and then the reception manager, felt they had the right to yell at me in front of all the other hotel guests because I had allowed myself to go down from the terrace to the garden with a glass of wine. ..."
